Restaurant with a more than reasonable price and a menu that changes every three weeks.
Open since mid-April 2018, Louise. has taken the place of Henri et Joseph. Chef Julien Corderoch had actually worked there a few years ago after passing through L'Amphitryon. Line whiting, champagne sauce and white asparagus; strawberries and rhubarb, Tasmanian pepper ice cream... The chef is passionate, and you can feel it in his cooking. The menu changes every 3 weeks, and the Market Menu, more than reasonably priced given the quality, changes every week. In March 2024, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star.
