Gastronomy at low prices, that's what 26-28 offers, the new gourmet restaurant on the rue Poissonnière in Lorient. After ten years working in the kitchens of starred restaurants, the chef, Arthur Friess, now offers his know-how in Lorient. It is thus in an airy and very nicely arranged space that you will be able to appreciate the culinary art of the house. From Jerusalem artichokes with black truffle juice and smoked pear, to red mullet with Hingair beet, the dishes are skilfully prepared and the plates are to die for.

Bon restaurant avec une cuisine ouverte ou vous pouvez voir le cuistôt en train de préparer les plats. Cuisine élaborée avec peu de plats à la carte qui est un signe que c'est du frais. La décoration de la salle pourrait être améliorée

Un établissement de restauration enchanteur et soigné. L'atmosphère est accueillante et détendue, et le service attentif et soigné. Pour le déjeuner, nous avons savouré un délicieux menu à 25 euros par personne, qui comprenait un amuse-bouche suivi de trois plats. Les saveurs sont distinctes et l'harmonie entre les plats est presque symétrique. Sans aucun doute, un endroit que je revisiterai avec plaisir.
