HÔTEL LE VICTOR HUGO ^{* *}

Hôtel et personnel très accueillant, très propre,petit déjeuner agréable, très bien situé à 2 pas du centre ville,bref si je retourne à Lorient c'est dans cette Hôtel que j'irai.

Hôtel très bien placé, les chambres sont confortables, les produits sont "éco-labellisés", le personnel est sympathique et le petit-dej' valorise les produits locaux ! Que demander de plus ?!

Good location to the city center and decent clean rooms however our bathroom had a lot of mold and while showering the water didn't go down. We had the family room, which were two rooms next to each other with a door in the middle, however this door couldn't close properly without slamming it shut. The hotel itself was quite noisy, as we could hear everything from the rooms around us, from the toilets flushing to people slamming doors as well as more 'intimate' noises from a room upstairs.
Breakfast was good, but we didn't like the small breakfast area as it can get very crowded.

We only spoke basic french, however Booking.com clearly stated English speaking staff which to us was an important factor in choosing a hotel. Ofcourse we don't expect fluentcy, but at check-in the girl basically spoke no English which made it very hard for any of our questions to be answered, she couldn't even explain how the parking around the hotel area worked, we had to figure that out on our own.
Luckily there was a different girl at check-out who was very nice and did speak English.
