One of the "in-sight" shops of the Alain Chartier group. Here, we will find what has made the reputation of this World Ice Champion in Turin in 2003, the world cup of pastry in Lyon in 1993. New recipes presented in this boutique light shop: flash nostalgia (α sherbet, vanilla ice), Kouign Amann, Tiramisu, Black Forest or Energy (aphrodisiac sherbet - if so! and raspberry de). Not forgetting verrines, ices tart, or desserts, tablettes or chocolate ballotins. A very nice address with a warm welcome!
