LA FROMAGERIE MARTIN
In 1999, Agnès and Fabrice Martin spontaneously took over « La fromagerie Stintzy » with a strong desire of running it themselves. It is a business which was established more than 35 years ago and is well-known by regional lovers of cheese. They are cheese refiners and have about 400 cheeses in their shop. Thier key products include Swiss or Italian cheeses which you will not find everywhere like the saint niklauss, a delicious raclette cheese. Other homemade product include Swiss fondue, salt less cheeses (goat, Gouda, tomme cheese ), raw butters, salted butters etc.
