Nicolas and Janick dedicate their establishment exclusively to catering, having previously operated as a bar-tabac. On the menu, galettes prepared with Blé Noir Tradition Bretagne flours: the Paimpont is topped with goat's cheese, honey and walnuts, the Huelgoat with Guéméné andouille sausage and onion confit. Desserts are made along the rivers: the Oust with homemade chocolate, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, the Aff with coconut ice cream, banana, chocolate and whipped cream.
