Café-crêperie serving pancakes prepared with buckwheat flour in Mauron.

Nicolas and Janick dedicate their establishment exclusively to catering, having previously operated as a bar-tabac. On the menu, galettes prepared with Blé Noir Tradition Bretagne flours: the Paimpont is topped with goat's cheese, honey and walnuts, the Huelgoat with Guéméné andouille sausage and onion confit. Desserts are made along the rivers: the Oust with homemade chocolate, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, the Aff with coconut ice cream, banana, chocolate and whipped cream.

Très bonne crêperie ????. Tarifs très compétitifs ????. Endroit familial ou l'on a le temps de manger à son rythme. Les propriétaires prennent le temps de discuter si vous en avez envie.
