PLEESSIS-JOSSO MANSION
This 14th-century Breton feudal manor house, a private property protected as a Monument Historique, is open to guided tours during the Journées du Patrimoine (September 20 and 21, 2024). The manor's courtyard is open to the public on afternoons in July and August. Majestic behind its heavy stone walls, the fortified edifice, which protected the local population from looters and armed gangs, was once overrun with chickens, pigs and cows that frolicked in the outbuildings and fed the occupants. Privatization possible.
