Restaurant with a bistronomic spirit with terrace offering a worked kitchen combining savours of the earth and the sea.
After the Harmony, Estelle and Emmanuel Alart and their restaurant l'Écume Givrée, in the town of Ploemeur, have decided to give way to a bistronomic spirit. This "pure butter Ploemeurois" and his wife offer a nicely worked cuisine which mixes the flavors of the earth and the sea. On the menu, carpaccio of marinated pork loin, fine sardine pie, asparagus just roasted in salted butter or ribeye smoked in beech wood, you will find simple, but engaging proposals. Nice indoor space and small outdoor terrace. Reservations are highly recommended.
