Formerly "Au p'tit marmiton", L'Essentiel opened its doors in 2024. At the helm of this French cuisine restaurant are Sarah and Bruno, who cut his teeth alongside Thierry Seychelles. On the weekly menu, new flavors and textures are combined by the chef, who confesses a passion for fish. For example, grilled zucchini & bouchot mussels in a coconut emulsified cream, followed by saithe & cauliflower cream, or pork spare ribs with lemon polenta... A must-try!
