Guillaume Le Net and Laurent Danet who compose, signs of delicate real dishes cherished by the palace; small Scallops done naturally, browned maître d'hôtel butter; Pressed foie gras flavored with figs, bread and present chutney and olden day bread; duo of mullets and foie gras, cauliflower dumpling with almond powder; sole meuniere of King Arthur, boiled potatoes and bell pepper sauce; sliced sirloin of beef, Agari mushrooms and small glazed onions, fried potatoes with Merlin herbs; strawberries with rhubarb flavors, mint from the garden, (touche glacée, the fruit variations of taste and texture) ... All to be enjoyed obviously around a round table... Obliged by King Arthur!
