When you have lunch or dinner at St Guillaume you are guaranteed 100% on the quality of the sea served from the dish to the plateau crabbing or lobster. Of course the oysters are obligatory the owner being oyster farmer in St Guillaume. The view of the ria is there. Not for fear of dirtying the table or the floor of the restaurant as furnishing is simple but sufficient. Made service with a smile.
