In an old rehabilitated garage with a loft atmosphere, discover an inventive kitchen that advocates "gastronomy for all".

The restaurant of young chef Damien Le Quillec opened in October 2019. Its name, Hyacinthe and Robert, is a tribute to his two grandfathers, both of whom were sources of inspiration for the chef. On the menu of this establishment that advocates "gastronomy for all", an inventive and generous cuisine where fresh and local products are king. The most daring will test the menu blindly. Super accueil, service, conseils aux tops et la cuisine délicieuse. J'ai fait confiance au sommelier pour l' accord mets vin et je ne le regrette pas. Je recommande vivement.

Formidable endroit. Un repas gastro dans un cadre totalement insolite et extraordinaire. Nous avons très bien dîné. Des saveurs ultra fines. Des entre-plats, ( ce mot n'existe pas, je l'ai inventé spécialement pour l'établissement) , des entre-plats donc extraordinaires. Le sommelier est fantastique, beaucoup de prestance, de personnalité, une grande connaissance de son métier, au top ! Et la madeleine ah, la madeleine, je n'en dis pas plus, vous la découvrirez......Une très belle soirée dans un endroit incroyable. Merci
