Warm, chic bistro completely renovated, with a focus on fresh produce
december 10, 2024 - that's when the Moulin de Célac will reopen. In its new incarnation, the brasserie is decked out in a chic new look. With its 1930s ambience, old furniture and vintage wallpaper, Sonia and Hervé were keen to welcome their customers in a setting conducive to relaxation... out of time. On the menu, stuffed clams, knife-edged beef tartare or truffle risotto. On the à la carte menu, food lovers will appreciate the homemade burgers and pizzas topped with Italian products. Lovers can enjoy a salty platter washed down with a local wine.
