Jolt with crab great chef's speciality are absolutely delicious, the skate has balsamic vinaigrette soft, gouteuse, perfectly cooked. Choice of wine excel, Savenieres was a nice minerality. Welcome and service of the very efficient and pleasant owner. A safe bet in Quiberon.
