New management, new decor and a new menu for Quai 9, a century-old establishment taken over in 2022 by Kathleen and Bastien. They welcome you non-stop, seven days a week, all year round, and offer a brasserie-style cuisine entirely by the slate. The menu is geared more towards seafood, and changes weekly, but still features the emblematic fried sardine, the flagship product of the original restaurant whose passion began in the 1920s and made the town famous.
