A bistro-restaurant offering home-cooked, fresh seasonal produce on a slate.

Brume, a bistro-restaurant in Quiberon's Rue du Port Haliguen, opened its doors in April 2022. Headed by Emmanuelle Prigent, Emmanuel Grégoire and Vincent le Bolch, they have returned to Brittany to open a traditional restaurant offering home cooking in the purest bistro tradition, with a strong emphasis on fresh, local, seasonal produce. There's no set menu here: everything is on the slate, and varies according to arrivals, the tides and the inspirations of Vincent, chef of this crew happy to be here, together, against all odds.

Tres cosy surtout le soir avec le vent qui souffle à l’extérieur. Nous avons très bien mangé (homard parfait et fricassée de volaille extra). Le vin est délicieux. L’accueil est chaleureux, professionnel dans cette agréable petite salle.
