Brume, a bistro-restaurant in Quiberon's Rue du Port Haliguen, opened its doors in April 2022. Headed by Emmanuelle Prigent, Emmanuel Grégoire and Vincent le Bolch, they have returned to Brittany to open a traditional restaurant offering home cooking in the purest bistro tradition, with a strong emphasis on fresh, local, seasonal produce. There's no set menu here: everything is on the slate, and varies according to arrivals, the tides and the inspirations of Vincent, chef of this crew happy to be here, together, against all odds.
