Brume, a bistro-restaurant in Quiberon's Rue du Port Haliguen, opened its doors in April 2022. Headed by Emmanuelle Prigent, Emmanuel Grégoire and Vincent le Bolch, they have returned to Brittany to open a traditional restaurant offering home cooking in the purest bistro tradition, with a strong emphasis on fresh, local, seasonal produce. There's no set menu here: everything is on the slate, and varies according to arrivals, the tides and the inspirations of Vincent, chef of this crew happy to be here, together, against all odds.

Les quantités sont bien pensées on s’est laissé tenter par entrée plat et dessert, beaucoup d’équilibre et de goût!
Dès que je reviens sur la presqu’île je reviendrai manger chez Brume.
Niveau plats ce fut parfait, merlu, lotte et couteaux, que du bonheur !!
