Part bar, part restaurant and part artisanal brasserie, Sparkle is a hybrid venue that opened its doors in March 2023, at the entrance to Quiberon. Here, you'll enjoy platters to share with friends or loved ones, à la carte Neapolitan pizzas - regularly renewed with the seasons - and homemade gourmet desserts (brownies and Sundaes), all accompanied by a wine list boasting 50 references or, for die-hard fans, some 25 taffy mousses brewed on the premises with a lot of love. Saturday brunch is also available.
