A former hotel created by M and Mrs Delfosse, the Gulf Stream became an Institution in 1997, when the charming Mrs Claude Delfosse reopened this beautiful establishment. Forty years later, it is always with the same pleasure, the same kindness, that it continues to welcome a winning clientele by offering it the ultimate: Teas Wedding Brothers, hot chocolate in old (Valrhona chocolate), Viennese chocolate, fresh fruit cocktails, homemade pastries or even ice the summer, will delight the finest palates.
