Created in 1946 by Ramon Audebert, between lollipop and barley sugar, the niniche is in Quiberon while the idiocy is in Cambrai. The recipes of our Breton grandmothers inspired the creation of this sweet delight which was rewarded the price of the best candy of France and developed in forty-nine flavours. Like in open area, other famous specialities such as salidou, delicious fudge salted butter, or the clam, laminated praline, next to the famous niniche and the reception is also delicious.
