All were created in 1977 by Henri Le Roux, a chocolatier-caramélier who has succeeded in combining the subtle combination of salted butter from Brittany, Valencia almonds from Spain, hazelnuts from Piedmont and walnuts from Dauphiné, to create a pure delight
