Elegant and friendly address offering quality bistro-style cuisine with local products.

Come and discover a quality bistronomy-style cuisine. Equipped with 2 kitchens and 3 dining rooms, the place is both elegant and convivial. The dishes are prepared according to the arrivals of the various local producers and are therefore regularly renewed. A few examples: squid cassolette in parsley, half-cooked scallops with its sea bream and Granny Smith tartar, blanquette of veal, parsnips and breaded risotto balls, Ardoizen lemon meringue tart, roast apple finger and its tonka chantilly. A very nice discovery.

Nous avons testé le Brunch, un dimanche midi. Cela a été une belle expérience. Nous avons été bien accueilli, et on nous a expliqué le fonctionnement du brunch. Il y avais deux buffets avec différents mets sucré et salé. En plus de ces plats, il nous est proposé un plat chaud avec des œufs (au plat, brouillé ou omelette), puis en suivant un plat chaud (viande ou poisson). Les buffets sont régulièrement remplis. Et arrive les desserts, et on nous a proposé des crêpes faites à la minute. Un vrai régal.
