Kévin Hardy took over L'Ancolie in June 2022, a gourmet restaurant located in a beautiful 16th century house with a chic decor and a cozy atmosphere. At his table, only seasonal products are honored. The menu changes every month according to the season and the chef's inspirations. He offers two unique menus that highlight the local produce and the Breton producers.
