Charming restaurant in Rohan concocting dishes with fresh, local and home-made products at affordable prices

In the restaurant of Mrs. and Mr. Sinquin, owners of the place since 2012, all the products are fresh, local as much as possible and home-made! The menu, which changes three times a year, follows the seasons. The cuisine is elegant (divine) and humble; it has moreover allowed Franck and Stéphanie to obtain a Bib Gourmand in 2020. The prices have remained very accessible, for a gastronomy to be savoured in a convivial way, with friends, family or during a romantic evening. Finally, the place is full of charm and history.

Total manque de professionnalisme ! Délai d'attente interminable pour être servi du plat (1h30 après en avoir passé la commande). Après avoir signalé être pressés, la réponse fut : "pourquoi ? vous avez un train à prendre ? De toutes façons, que vous soyez pressés ou non, ça n'ira pas plus vite pour autant. Dans ce cas là, il fallait aller chez Mac Do" !!!! Nous sommes habitués à aller au restaurant toutes les semaines, y compris dans les restaurants étoilés, autant d'irrespect et si peu de considération de la clientèle, c'est du jamais vu !! En conclusion, Madame, changez de métier !! Ou faites une formation pour apprendre à vous occuper d'une salle de restaurant dans les règles de l'art. Bref, ce restaurant, c'est plutôt OUST DEHORS. Donc, il y a bien d'autres adresses dans la région avec un accueil et un service de qualité et dans lesquels on dîne tout aussi bien, voire bien mieux.

It was taken over 8 months ago by a new chef making gourmet cuisine DIVINE. It is fine, gourmet, a superb presentation. An extremely good cuisine, the eyes closed you will not be disappointed with 2 menus at very reasonable prices for a gourmet restaurant.
