With a beautiful room, a terrace and a small sheltered courtyard, Le Bistrot de Caro opened in Sarzeau in 2020. Caroline Gauvin, chef of this friendly bar-restaurant, favors fresh, local and seasonal products. She offers you a family cooking according to a menu renewed every day. At lunchtime (from Monday to Friday), you can choose between fish or meat, to be completed with a gourmet dessert. In the evening, you can come and have a drink around an aperitif board of cold cuts or cheese, oysters or stuffed prairies.

Ce fut une agréable découverte !
Le déjeuner dans la petite cour bien entretenue, les excellents plats du terroir avec le souci du détail, et enfin la gentillesse du personnel.
Le soir j'y suis retourné et il y avait un concert de vieilles chansons françaises... Edith Piaf, Barbara... c'était très sympathique et agréable.
Je recommande vivement cet endroit !
