LE VIGNOBLE DE RHUYS - DANTELEZH
Marie Devigne and Guillaume Hagnier responded to a call for applications from the Sarzeau town council, and in 2020 have revived the Rhuys peninsula's winegrowing past. The couple, who have a background in Champagne, produce 3 grape varieties (chardonnay, chenin, cabernet) on this organic wine estate at Moulin du Poulhors. The atypical architecture of the winery catches the eye, with its circular building from which the mill springs. And when the corks pop, it's all handwork, as delicate as the Breton lace emblem of the winery, that offers itself to our taste buds. An absolute must!
