Awarded a star in 2009 in his former restaurant, chef Laurent Clément now delights the taste buds of visitors to Hôtel du Phare. The Belle-Ile-born chef works with seafood, which he knows well. Situated on the quayside of Sauzon harbour, the restaurant's location is absolutely magnificent. On the plate, bistro-style dishes on the first floor of the restaurant: mussels, burgers, parmentier... Upstairs, a gourmet restaurant with a modern design, featuring local and seasonal produce. A no-brainer!
