At the helm of Crêperie Sarra'zen, Claudie and Lydia offer a warm welcome. Here, fresh, seasonal produce is the order of the day, for both savoury and sweet dishes, and even for drinks, since you can enjoy juices squeezed out of the extractor at any time of day. As for galettes, we use IGP buckwheat for both traditional and original recipes. Galettes and crêpes, but also, for the pleasure of connoisseurs, "Buddha bowls" or even ice cream sundaes, made with authentic local artisanal ice creams!
