After seeing the country, Clelia in the dining room and Charles in the kitchen opened their restaurant in Vannes, in 2017. The idea? To combine what they love, sharing, good food and good wine. On arrival, a bistronomic restaurant, caterer and wine shop, open for lunch and until 7:30 p.m. for takeaway and cellar. Here, everything is homemade, whether it's the duck leg confit with potatoes from Sarlat, the capon fondant or the scallop blanquette. The same goes for the sweet treats. Je recommande sans hésiter.
Juste quelques points à améliorer :
- ne pas mettre de tables juste en face des WC,
- mettre des serviettes en tissu,
- nous n'avons pas pris d'apéritif mais une bouteille de vin, nous n'avons rien eu à grignoter ( mises en bouche) en attendant l'entrée qui nous a été servie 20 bonnes minutes après notre arrivée
