Le Moi de Mets opened its doors in 2019. At the origin, the friendship and the know-how of Benjamin, a maître d'hôtel, and Laurent, a cook who has made a career in several restaurants, one of which is starred. Both share a common passion for Vannes, but especially for good food and local products. Their ambition: to create an accessible and innovative gastronomy. The establishment offers a short and refined menu made from seasonal and local products. At Moi de Mets, everything is homemade, in a friendly and emotional atmosphere.
