Gourmet creperie serving pancakes made with buckwheat flour in Vannes.
Here, the galettes are made to order in front of the customer, with carefully selected buckwheat flour, and preference is given to local products (Bubry flour, Plumelec charcuterie, Elven honey, organic eggs, Campénéac goat's cheese). The house also offers hearty salads or homemade ice-cream sundae to make you melt with happiness... The decoration, is successful, it looks like an old Breton tavern, with exposed beams and a stone fireplace. Old black and white photographs remind the guests what life in Brittany was like at the beginning of the previous century. The objects are Breton right up to the metal saucer where the bill is dropped off. The establishment has been labelled Crêperie Gourmande for more than 12 years.

Les galettes sont fines et originales, les produits sont de qualité. Le choix est varié avec de nombreuses spécialités de la région.
Le rapport qualité/prix est très correct, il y a des formules.
La petite terrasse sur la rue est idéale dans un joli quartier de la vieille ville.
Très bon service, personnel rapide, attentionné et souriant.
Penser à réserver pour le service du soir.
