Located a stone's throw from St. Patricks Church, this elegant ramen counter opened in 2021. Its limited menu varies according to the season and offers six fresh noodle broths (shiitake mushrooms, spicy pork, ajitama egg marinated in soy or fresh fish) finely seasoned and accompanied by a selection of subtle sakes. You will have the pleasure of watching the chefs at work, for a gustatory and visual journey to the Far East. Recommended by the house:okonomiyaki, a white cabbage patty with smoked bacon.

Un petit restaurant où l'ambiance et le decor nous propose une approche realiste d'un restaurant typique du Japon, avec un service a la Française. Des produits delicieux preparer sous nos yeux dans une bonne ambiance d'equipe. On y etait bien et on reviendra avec plaisir ! ( mais en petit comité) Merci à vous pour cette experience.

Un accueil attentif avec une attention toute particulière pour nous expliquer la composition des plats. En bouche, de l'entrée au dessert une multiple de goûts régale le palais. Un vrai plaisir de déguster le poisson.
Même si nous avons dû patienter 30 minutes pour avoir une table, notre patience nous apermis de faire une belle découverte gastronomique.
