Its limited menu varies according to the season and offers six fresh noodle broths (shiitake mushrooms, spicy pork, ajitama egg marinated in soy or fresh fish) finely seasoned and accompanied by a selection of subtle sakes. You will have the pleasure of watching the chefs at work, for a gustatory and visual journey to the Far East. Recommended by the house:okonomiyaki, a white cabbage patty with smoked bacon.

Déjeuner sur cette petite terrasse bien agréable. Les 3 plats goûtés étaient délicats et exquis. Je ne manquerai pas de revenir lors de mon prochain passage à Vannes. Adresse à garder précieusement.
