In 2018, Basilic & Co, from the network of the same name created in 2007 and which has since spread throughout France, set up shop in Vannes. A franchise, certainly, but one that defends beautiful values attached to the promotion of local products. The dough is 100% homemade and spread by hand, the pizzas are made right before your eyes and topped with quality products - salted meats and cheeses from local producers -, the pizzas are cooked to perfection to achieve the right balance between melting and crispness and, to top it all off, they offer a warm and friendly welcome.
