Labelled Master Restaurateur in 2021, Tony Streissel has managed to impose his concept, simple and refined at the same time: lobster, nothing but lobster. This crustacean was long considered the food of the poor, before gaining its letters of nobility. It has a lean and tasty flesh, which will delight amateurs and neophytes. Here, only the blue lobster straight out of the Breton fishpond will be served to you in the respect of the marine fauna. Taste it whole or half (275 g + dessert: 23 €!), in a mixed burger version with beef or Lobster roll with crayfish.
