Back in her homeland after 7 years in Singapore and 2 French restaurants, Ludivine, who is passionate about street food and world cuisine, opened her own establishment in November 2023. It's a family affair with Olivier, the father, in the kitchen, concocting delicious sandwiches to order, based on shokupan (Japanese sandwich bread) or guabao (Taiwanese steamed brioche), topped with meat and crudités seasoned with an Asian sauce. Vegetarian option for each creation, to be enjoyed as a starter and dessert or on its own.
