Since 05 April 2011, Michèle and Laurent have been welcoming you to the Workshop, walk-salad lounge-lounge, which is located in a pedestrian street, just steps from the Gaillard Castle. Each day, you will have the choice between two different pies and always prepared with seasonal vegetables, salad salads such as, for example, the hot goat on cooked apples, patties such as the Appealing Marine (Jacques leeks, fondue leeks in cream, roasted shrimp) or pancakes like the Gourmande Gourmande (tatin ice, baked apples, homemade salt, Chantilly). In the afternoon, the tea salon offers you no less than 26 teas, infused in the sock, accompanied by homemade pastries (cakes, crumble, cakes…). The reception is in the image, charming!
