Taken over in 2024, L'Escale has dropped anchor in the port of Vannes. Ideally located, the establishment combines bar and crêperie. On the menu, a wide range of galettes, including the house signature "Terre&Mer" with scallops, and the "Best-seller rustique" with roast sausage and caramelized apple. On the sweet side, you'll be tempted by a "Forestière", combining chestnut cream and hazelnut ice cream, or a caramelized "Pomme dorée" with speculoos and Chantilly cream.
