In the heart of Vannes, in a discreet nook, nestles Empreinte, a charming, gentle restaurant that opened in 2019 and has just been awarded a green Michelin star. At the helm are Marine, in charge of wine and hospitality, and Baptiste, a former student of the Ferrandi school, voted Jeune Talent 2020 by Gault & Millau. On the menu, a short weekly menu and the chef's own inspirations on Friday and Saturday evenings will delight your eyes and taste buds. Here, the focus is on fresh, local produce, revisited with brio. Simplicity and happy surprises are the order of the day in this nippy restaurant!

Une très belle adresse ! Un endroit convivial et simple. Un accueil très agréable. Une cuisine inventive à base de produits locaux extrêmement bien préparés. Tout est réuni pour un moment de détente et de découverte.

Unser Besuch im kleinen Restaurant in der Innenstadt von Vannes war großartig. Wir waren zum Mittagessen dort und ich muss sagen es war eines der besten Restaurantbesuche seit langem für mich. Wir haben uns vom Anfang bis zum Ende wohl gefühlt. Obwohl wir nicht reserviert haben haben wir einen schönen Tisch am Fenster mit einem gutem Blick auf Vannes Fachwerkhäuser bekommen. Das Essen und die Bedienung waren hervorragend. Für mich war alleine dieses Restaurant der Ausflug nach Vannes wert. Das Mittagsmenu kostet derzeit 35 Euro.

Partager un repas à l' Empreinte, c' est un voyage inconnu et pourtant en toute sécurité tant l' accueil est chaleureux.
Jean-Baptiste, au piano, nous propose une cuisine inventive qui respecte les produits de qualité qu' il a choisis.
Marine, au service, souriante, connaissant parfaitement le vin, donne des conseils avisés de façon élégante.
Bravo à leurs compétences, sens de l' accueil, simplicité et leurs talents.
Je suis fan depuis quelques années.
J' adore le travail bien fait et la cuisine ouverte nous délivre un spectacle captivant.
A vos papilles, vos yeux, vos oreilles, votre nez,... !
