Christophe de Saizieu, who had a passion for cooking despite having studied international relations in high school, soon realized that his path lay elsewhere. Like a natural instinct that you try to chase away, but which always comes back at a gallop, the call of passion won out over reason. And so, at the end of 2022, IN BOVINO VERITAS was born, an original concept combining butchery and restaurant.
