LE FLAGRANT DELICE

Created in 2021, Le Flagrant délice is an educational and supportive restaurant for young people aged 16 to 18 who have dropped out of school, with the aim of reconciling them with a training or integration program. For six months, a dozen young people, supervised by three employees, work in the kitchen or dining room, serving around twenty covers per shift. This dynamic integration program enables them to immerse themselves in the realities of the workplace, its constraints, its hours and its pace, as well as regaining their self-confidence and self-esteem.
