The beams have been preserved, creating small intimate boxes. From 6pm - after stressful work - we can enjoy aperitif boards and enjoy the wine bar. "The cuisine is gourmet," says chef François, who has 20 years' experience. The products are processed fresh and local and the formulas change every day.
