Bistrot Makan (translated as "Let's eat" in Malaysian) opened its doors in 2023. The chef, Sébastien Le Gall (in duo with his brother Mikaël) and his partner Juliette Métais, have travelled the world for many years (Bora-Bora, Maldives, Mauritius, Singapore for six years...), multiplying their experiences (he in the kitchen, she in charge of operations in the dining room) and enriching their palette, before settling in Vannes to create their own establishment and offer you gourmet and accessible French bistro cuisine, blended with other cultures.
