Hotel restaurant with a warm style in Vannes where the chef makes a traditional and creative cuisine.

Behind a rather anonymous hotel facade is a very welcoming restaurant, entirely renovated in a comfortable and warm style. The chef offers traditional and creative cuisine: smoked salmon millefeuille with buckwheat blinis and mascarpone, tournedos of pan-fried beef fillet, roast rack of lamb in a walnut and hazelnut crust, crispy curé nantais with thyme or the homemade hot soufflé with Grand Marnier... A good table!

Excellent restaurant proposant des plats sortant de l'ordinaire avec une spécialité : le feuilleté d'escargots avec une crème d'ail à se damner, suivi d'un bar braisé et en dessert un soufflé au Grand Marnier.

VERY WELCOMING STAFF.
