LA P'TITE SOURIS
Sea and land restaurant that favors homemade food made from fresh local market products.
Traditional French cuisine and a family atmosphere are guaranteed at this restaurant, which opened in 2012 at 36 rue du Port, Vannes. La P'tite souris's chef Régis Guillou, who trained at the Dinard hotel school, and his wife Anne-Sophie, who works in the dining room, offer a sea and land menu that focuses on fish and shellfish, the passion of the chef and his team. Signature dishes include fillet of sea bass with langoustine sauce, sea bream with citrus fruit and, on the sweet side, the emblematic Breton tiramisu.
