A former sommelier at Michelin-starred establishments, Pol has carried out major renovations on this 600-year-old nugget to create L'Antidote. In the heart of the old town, set against a backdrop of centuries-old stone, this refined, intimate bistro, cellar and wine bar offers market-fresh, local, seasonal cuisine and a selection of biodynamic wines, which can be enjoyed on the premises, depending on the menu (unique at lunchtime), or taken away.
