Somewhere between a bistro and a gourmet restaurant, Rive Gauche offers traditional French cuisine that happily borrows from the Asian continent. Here, everything is fresh and homemade, as Dominique Blais, Master Chef de France, respects the seasonal nature of produce while giving free rein to his imagination. An immobile gustatory voyage, as in this "Asian declination", a trio of starters to discover: gambas ravioli, crispy pork & vegetables and Thai beef salad.
