Take two self-taught freedom-loving people, their daring bet and a singular place, and you get La Tête en l'air by Estelle and Clément, who offer high-flying gastronomic cuisine. Here, there is no menu, but surprise menus that are available in 4, 6 or 9 steps. Who knows if you'll discover snail ravioli, garlic foam, spinach, parsley and mint as an appetizer, a haddock and butternut emulsion Saint-Pierre or a lamb cannon with celery, dates and lemon? That's the principle, we don't know, but we like it already.

Très bon accueil, équipe souriante et à l'écoute.
Nous avons optés pour un déjeuner à l'aveugle en 6 étapes. De belles surprises et on apprécie l'équilibre, la finesse des chefs en cuisine qui nous font re-découvrir certains mets.
