Here, there is no menu, but surprise menus that are available in 4, 6 or 9 steps. Who knows if you'll discover snail ravioli, garlic foam, spinach, parsley and mint as an appetizer, a haddock and butternut emulsion Saint-Pierre or a lamb cannon with celery, dates and lemon? That's the principle, we don't know, but we like it already.
